Welcome to the West Kent Partnership website

The West Kent Partnership is an Economic and Strategic Partnership operating across Sevenoaks District and the boroughs of Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge & Malling.

 
The West Kent Partnership addresses common sub regional economic, housing and transport issues, and identifies strategic action for lobbying and other interventions.

Our partnership brings together organisations from the public, private, community and voluntary sectors — working together on strategic issues that impact on quality of life and economic success in West Kent.  Partners include the Leaders and Chief Executives of the 3 West Kent districts and executives from Health, Police, Kent County Council, Business Link, business, voluntary and community organisations.

Sub and task groups work in thematic areas including Transport, Housing, Economy and Rural (West Kent Leader Executive Local Action Group).

West Kent Investment Strategy

The Partnership has developed a new investment strategy for West Kent.  This sets out some clear challenges to strategic agencies, businesses and other stakeholders.  The views of all would be welcomed and comments on the draft Investment Strategy and Action Plan can be made until 15th March 2010.
